AHLS \u2013\u00a0Advanced Hazmat Life Support<\/h1>\nThe Advanced Hazmat Life Support (AHLS) Provider Course teaches comprehensive knowledge in the medical management<\/strong> of patients exposed to hazardous materials. The focus is on systematic response for the medical management on chemical incidents (incl. nerve agents). <\/strong>Course preparation through the AHLS Provider Manual (currently only available online) guided by the \u201cpre-test.\u201d
The AHLS Provider Manual comprises approximately 500 pages and is in English. You will receive the access key for the manual as an online download approximately 4 weeks before the event. Allow for 20-30 hours of preparation time.<\/p>\n
<\/strong>The course fees of CHF 1,100 include: license for the online course book, course materials, lunch and snacks during the course, international AHLS registration and the AHLS certificate. Travel and accommodation are not included in the course fees. These must be arranged individually and are not part of the course package.<\/p>\n
