L\u2019objectif du projet est de mettre en r\u00e9seau les multiples partenaires tout au long du parcours du patient depuis le lieu de l\u2019incident jusqu&rsquo;aux premiers soins dans un service d&rsquo;urgence d\u2019un h\u00f4pital. La collecte des donn\u00e9es caract\u00e9ristiques minimales pour caract\u00e9riser le syst\u00e8me de sauvetage et d\u2019urgence en Suisse assure cette mise en r\u00e9seau de base.<br \/> Diff\u00e9rents groupes de travail sont impliqu\u00e9s dans ce projet. L&rsquo;accent est actuellement mis sur la collecte de donn\u00e9es structurelles aupr\u00e8s des services d\u2019urgence avec un mandat de service 365\/24. Le groupe de travail MiND-H a caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 les param\u00e8tres \u00e0 collecter et les a test\u00e9s au moyen d\u2019une enqu\u00eate pilote en 2019. En mars 2021, cette collecte de donn\u00e9es sera lanc\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois via une application en ligne en trois langues. Un autre objectif est de pouvoir collecter des donn\u00e9es de traitement pour des diagnostics d\u2019index d\u00e9finis.<br \/>Au cours des 15 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, un changement important dans les soins primaires des patients en situation d&rsquo;urgence a \u00e9galement eu lieu en Suisse. Ce changement consiste \u00e0 \u00ab s\u2019\u00e9loigner de la consultation primaire du m\u00e9decin g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste \u00bb pour se rapprocher de \u00ab l\u2019acc\u00e8s direct au service des urgences \u00bb de l\u2019h\u00f4pital (Observatoire suisse de la sant\u00e9 ; https:\/\/www.obsan.admin.ch\/de\/publikationen). Seules des donn\u00e9es caract\u00e9ristiques solides permettent de quantifier de tels changements et d\u2019\u00e9tayer les cons\u00e9quences qui en d\u00e9coulent avec des donn\u00e9es de base. Le potentiel du projet est important et peut contribuer au contr\u00f4le de qualit\u00e9 contemporain. Das Projekt MiND soll sich zu einem nationalen Register entwickeln, das Kenndaten entlang der gesamten Rettungskette, vom Ereignisort bis zum Ende der Akutbehandlung in der Notfallstation, erfasst und mittels Plausibilisierungsverfahren m\u00f6glichst exakt dokumentiert. Sie leisten als Teil des Gesundheitssystems Schweiz einen wesentlichen Beitrag f\u00fcr einen permanenten Zugang zur medizinischen Versorgung ungeplanter Gesundheitsst\u00f6rungen und dies ohne dass eine vorg\u00e4ngige Zahlung gefordert wird. Im Verlauf der letzten 15 Jahre fand auch in der Schweiz eine signifikante Ver\u00e4nderung in der Prim\u00e4rversorgung von Notfallpatienten statt, weg von der prim\u00e4ren Hausarztkonsultation hin
